Original story: Earlier this morning, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War merged with Warzone, as part of the former's Season One of content. To keep lobbies healthy and full, crossplay has been temporarily disabled on PC while a fix is investigated.

We are aware of the current “Zed 398 Swift Clover” error when attempting to play Season One content on PC, and our partners at are actively investigating. You also won't be able to team up with your console friends as a result. This could result in longer matchmaking times on PC. Unfortunately, crossplay has been disabled on PC until a fix has been deployed. Treyarch is working with Beenox, developer of the PC version, to investigate and resolve the issue. Update: Treyarch has posted an update on this problem, confirming that it's limited to PC. The first season for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has a few teething problems.
